ผู้ใช้สามารถจัดการแปลงชิ้นงานแพทเทิร์นเป็นดิจิทัลได้โดยทำผ่าน Digitizer Manager ของ PAD System ™ หลังจากแปลงไฟล์เป็นดิจิทัลแล้ว ก็สามารถโอนไปยัง Pattern Design ผ่านเครือข่าย เพื่อแก้ไขหรือปรับเพิ่มลดขนาดชิ้นงานแพทเทิร์นได้ สำหรับไฟล์ดิจิทัลที่ไม่ได้แยกออกมานั้น Digitizer Manager จะเก็บไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ชั่วคราวจนกว่าผู้ใช้ Pattern Design จะแตกไฟล์เหล่านั้น ตัว Digitizer Manager นี้ จะช่วยให้คุณสามารถแปลงชิ้นงานแพทเทิร์นเป็นดิจิทัลได้โดยไม่หยุดชะงัก ที่สำคัญที่สุด ผู้ใช้ Pattern Design คนอื่นๆ สามารถแตกไฟล์ที่ต้องการได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่กระทบต่อการทำงานของ Digitizer Manager
