Open PAD pattern design software, create a new file, click menu [Options]- [Preferences], select the unit(in/cm/mm) in your need.

Draw Rectangle

Draw Regular Segment

Draw Front Piece

Draw Back Piece

Set out the front and back piece

Draw the Dart

Edit the side seam

Draw the Waistband
